Resources to Hispanic & Latinix community members.

In 2018, Marc initiated a partnership between the Chattanooga Bar Association and La Paz Chattanooga to promote education in the law and to foster relationship building to assist in the fight against the unauthorized practice of law which preys upon the Hispanic and Latinx community. The partnership also provided expungement clinics, the preparation of Powers of Attorney and Wills, and legal guidance for this community.
